Ukraine Charity is announcing an extensive collection of 44,000 pounds for 100 Ukrainian orphans and children from families in difficult life circumstances. These children need outside support because the closest people, their parents, do not have the opportunity or desire to create appropriate conditions for their upbringing, development, education, and treatment. A full-scale war often worsens the financial and psychological situation of this vulnerable category of people.
What is our goal?
As part of “The Successful Start” project to provide support for an individual graduate of a residential institution at least during the first year of study at a professional educational institution or higher educational institution or during the course of study, we have 100 such graduates.
This project was launched by the team of “DetDom.info”, one of the very first NGOs in Ukraine to help underprivileged children and orphans since 2005. This is our oldest and long-standing partner and the first partnering organisation in Ukraine.
In the 2022-2023 academic year, 84 young men and women became Ukraine Charity supported project participants, 25 of them. In the new academic year, together with you, we can make a more significant difference and help more such children. We are looking for 1000 people to donate 44E each. Considering the number of followers of the Ukraine Charity page on Facebook and Instagram, we will collect the necessary amount if only 440 of our followers donate 100 pounds each.
The cost of supporting one child for a year is $440, and you could also become a wizard and grant one of 100 children a wish!
